We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), applying principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, minimization, accuracy, purpose limitation, storage limitation, integrity, and confidentiality.
3. Purposes and Legal Basis
We process your data to:
- Respond to your request and prepare proposals — legal basis: execution of pre-contractual measures or, where applicable, consent.
- Improve site security, performance, and quality — legal basis: legitimate interest, with impact assessment limited to risk and minimization measures.
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to authority requests — legal basis: legal obligation.
4. Retention
We retain data for the time necessary for the indicated purposes and according to the periods required by applicable regulations. When no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize them.
5. User Rights (ARCO and GDPR)
You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition (ARCO), as well as those provided in GDPR: Erasure, Restriction of processing, and Portability, where applicable.

10. Data Protection Officer (DPO)
We are currently not required to designate a DPO pursuant to Article 37 GDPR. If one is designated in the future, we will update this policy with their contact details.
11. Record and AEPD Guidelines
Where applicable, we maintain a Record of Processing Activities pursuant to Article 30 GDPR. We follow the guidelines and criteria of the AEPD regarding information, consent, security, and exercise of rights.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or functional changes. The "Last updated" date will be adjusted in each version.
